Customer Satisfaction

Our goal is complete customer satisfaction.  We aim to maintain a workable relationship with our customers, if for any reason you are displeased with any part of our service please let us know and we will do our best to correct the situation.

Your communication with us will not only help you, but future RubiaWear customers as well.

Use of this website and placing an order with RubiaWear is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

Shipping

Customers will be notified when an order is shipped.  Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery to domestic locations.   We internationally, if you do not see an option for your country but would still like to purchase Rubia products please inquire through our contact page and we will do our best to accommodate.

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you immediately to arrange a way to have your order re-sent.

RubiaWear is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen in the mail.

Please make sure your address is correct, RubiaWear cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen in the mail.

Delivery & Turnaround

RubiaWear clothing is hand made by a member of the RubiaWear team.  We do our best to have items in stock, however if we've run out of something then it will be re-ordered and ready within 10 days.  If there is any concern about your order please contact us through the page and we will be happy to update you on the status of an order.

Production times can vary depending on number of items in an order.  We always do our best to get each order sent out as quickly as possible.

Fabric / Color / Sizing

To prolong the life of each item we suggest to treat each handmade piece with care.  Care instructions: Machine or hand wash gentle, cold, with mild detergent – lay flat to dry or table dry low. Do not iron.  RubiaWear does not guarantee that the colors/fabrics chosen will not bleed or discolor. We do not refund or exchange any pieces affected in this way.  

Variety of Fabric – RubiaWear will do their best to display the variations in fabric.  This includes color, print, and other characteristics.  Sizes listed are a general guide and will be consistent with the chart provided, however please be aware that the different fabrics offered may vary slightly in stretch, body, and texture.  Customers are encouraged to contact RubiaWear directly with any questions or concerns and we will do our best to provide clear answers and aid in the ordering process so you are able to select a fabric/style/size that best suites you.

Privacy Policy

RubiaWear will not disclose customer information to third parties. A system is used to keep track of your shopping details in order to process your order and contact you with necessary information regarding your order.

No portion of the RubiaWear website, or printed material may be copied or used without express written approval by RubiaWear.

Back-ordered Items

The website and what it offers customers will be updated regarding what is currently in stock.  Most fabrics/items will be available in the time they are displayed on the Fabrics Page and not thereafter.  We have selected a few staple fabrics that will be reoccurring and be available to our customers more frequently while others will only be available for a short period.

If for any reason we are unable to fill your order due to the unavailability of material, we will contact you directly to discuss appropriate recourse.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

All returns or exchanges must be communicated and authorized before items are sent back to us.  These requests must be made within 10 days of receiving an order.

Exchanges- If items in an order do not fit correctly, or there is another issue, the customer will be instructed to put items back in their original packaging and send them back to be exchanged.  Please communicate these issues through the website contact page.  *The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs in relation to any exchanges.

Returns will only be considered if the fault occurred on our end.  We will always do our best to fix any errors as efficiently as possible.

Rush Orders

In the case that you need your order sent in a hurry Rush orders can be arranged by contacting through the website or through and order already placed.

Warranties & Liabilities

We will be under no liability in respect to any defect arising from fair wear & tear, willful damage, customer negligence, failure to follow instructions, misuse or alteration/repair of the goods.

We will be under no liability as to the quality of the goods beyond the occasion of their first use.  It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that the goods are suitable for their own purpose.

If the customer encounters a problem with any RubiaWear product we encourage them to express their issues by contacting us directly through the RubiaWear contact page.  We will do our best to resolve any issues!

Special Requests

RubiaWear is open to communicating with our customers regarding special requests.  This includes but is not limited to inquiries on variations in sizing, fabric requests, new designs, and expedited shipping.

RubiaWear plans to offer more designs with time. Suggestions are welcome and will give us a better idea of what our customers would like to see first in their warm-up preferences.
